VIA delle ARTI was born from the industrial expertise of Volcke Aerosol, a company with more than 50 years of experience in developing and manufacturing aerosol products.

In Italy, Volcke Aerosol Italy S.r.l. established a specialized food division focused on product quality and service flexibility.

In 2024, that division became an independent brand: VIA delle ARTI offering spray food colorings, edible decorations, and a complete range of products for professional bakeries and pastry chefs, all proudly made in Italy.

Our core business is food sprays, including opaque and pearlescent food colorings, velvet-effect sprays, glazing sprays, and release agents. We also offer a complete range of food colorings in powder, gel, and liquid form, along with cocoa butters for decorating and finishing.

Every product is formulated and manufactured at our production facility in Fiesco, in the province of Cremona, Italy.
By managing the entire production process in-house, we ensure full quality control with no intermediaries.

VIA delle ARTI also provides comprehensive private label services for companies looking to market spray food products, powders, and gels under their own brand. Our services include formula development, packaging solutions, and full regulatory compliance.

While the brand was created for the Italian market, our vision is global. Our formulations can be adapted to meet the regulatory requirements of markets across Europe, North America, Japan, and the Middle East. Our international expansion is already underway.
