Used to color the surfaces of: sugar-based products (sugar paste, modelling paste, gum paste), almond paste, macarons, biscuits, cocoa butter, chocolate. To be used as dry powder with a brush or in a mixture, based on cocoa butter or edible alcohol. High color content formula.
