It is a moment of maximum professional value, conceived and organized\u2014based on principles of seriousness and fairness\u2014in the cradle of the confectionery art, <\/em><strong><em>SIGEP World<\/em><\/strong><em>, a specialized trade fair that has been catering to pastry chefs, gelato makers, chocolatiers, bakers, and pizza makers from around the world since 1979.&#8221; Cit. Official Press Release<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMPETITION FEATURES AND THEME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Theme of the 2026 competition: <em>&#8220;Sports&#8221;\u2014energy, movement, challenge, and passion.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme must be interpreted through creations that showcase the competition&#8217;s star dessert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Chocolate Cake with Cream bign\u00e8&#8221; \u2013 A pastry classic revisited with a modern twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ice Cream Stick&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each competitor must create:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
